Team Onboarding Agreement

1. Acceptance
This Agreement applies to quant trading teams, research teams, asset management advisers and related service providers applying to onboard with the FundConnectHK platform. By submitting an onboarding application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement.
2. Onboarding Information
Teams must submit truthful, accurate and complete team names, principal information, contact details, strategy descriptions, historical performance, qualification documents and other materials reasonably requested by the platform. If information is false, misleading or materially incomplete, the platform may reject the application, suspend cooperation or terminate onboarding status.
3. Compliance Requirements
Teams undertake to comply with the laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing rules of Hong Kong and other applicable jurisdictions. Teams must not use the platform for illegal fundraising, fraud, market manipulation, false promotion, improper benefit transfer or other unlawful activity.
4. Strategy and Performance Disclosure
Teams must truthfully disclose strategy type, risk characteristics, trading instruments, drawdowns and historical performance. Past performance does not represent future returns, and platform display or use of such information does not constitute a return commitment, investment advice or capital/return guarantee.
5. Data Authorization
For review, display, risk control, competition ranking, performance verification and client partnership screening, teams authorize the platform to collect, store, analyze and display, within a reasonable scope, performance, position, execution, risk metrics and strategy summary data submitted by the team or returned through authorized interfaces.
6. Confidentiality
The platform and teams must keep confidential non-public business information, technical information, client data and strategy details learned during cooperation. Such information may not be disclosed to unrelated third parties without written consent, except where required by law, regulators or judicial authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
Teams retain intellectual property rights in their own strategies, models, code, research results and trademarks. Platform use of team materials for display, review, risk control or cooperation recommendation does not transfer ownership of such intellectual property.
8. Risk Notice
Quant trading and securities investment involve market risk, liquidity risk, model risk, technical risk and force majeure risk. Teams are responsible for their strategies, trading behavior and external disclosures.
9. Termination and Handling
If a team violates this Agreement, platform rules or regulatory requirements, the platform may suspend display, restrict functions, cancel competition or onboarding eligibility, and reserve the right to pursue liability. Teams may also apply to exit, and both parties should complete necessary data handover and settlement arrangements.
