User Agreement

This User Agreement applies when you access or use the FundConnectHK official website, forms, team onboarding, quant league, trading access instructions, client service and other related functions.

By submitting information, ticking consent, registering, applying for services or continuing to use the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

FundConnectHK services may include website information display, client inquiries, team onboarding applications, strategy and performance data collection, account opening guidance, broker or trading system access guidance, monitoring and report display, quant league organization and related support.

Specific service content, availability, process, fees or cooperation terms may be subject to page descriptions, separate agreements, confirmation emails or written arrangements between the parties.

You must have the civil capacity required to enter into and perform this Agreement. If you submit information on behalf of a company, fund, team or other institution, you confirm that you are fully authorized.

You undertake that the information submitted is true, accurate, complete, lawful and kept up to date. You are responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated or unauthorized information.

For compliance, risk control, service quality or security reasons, we may require supplementary information, verify identity or suspend relevant processes.

If services involve accounts, interfaces, verification codes, passwords or third-party system credentials, you must keep them secure and avoid disclosure to unauthorized persons.

Except as otherwise required by law, you are responsible for losses caused by poor safekeeping, unclear authorization, compromised devices or third-party platform operations.

If you discover unauthorized use, security vulnerabilities or data abnormalities, you should notify us immediately.

Securities, funds, derivatives, quantitative trading and cross-border markets involve market risk, liquidity risk, model risk, technical risk, policy risk and force majeure risk.

Website content, league rankings, historical performance, strategy summaries, cases or demo materials do not constitute principal protection, guaranteed returns or personalized investment advice.

Past performance does not indicate future results. You should make independent decisions based on your financial condition, risk tolerance and professional advice.

You may not use this website or services for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, infringement, false submissions, system interference, unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering or conduct that harms the platform or other users.

If you violate this Agreement, platform rules, third-party terms or applicable law, we may refuse service, restrict functions, cancel applications or league eligibility and reserve the right to pursue liability.

Services may involve brokers, custodians, trading systems, market data, cloud services, SMS and email, payments, compliance audits or other third-party services.

Third-party services are independently provided by their providers and governed by their terms. You should read and follow those rules, and we do not make commitments beyond legal requirements regarding availability, accuracy, latency, fees or operating consequences.

Text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, processes, data structures, code and other website content are owned by FundConnectHK or relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated.

Without written consent, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, display, sell, rent, reverse engineer or otherwise use the above content.

Team, strategy or performance materials you submit remain owned by you or the original rights holders; you authorize us to use them as needed for services, review, display, competitions, risk control and cooperation recommendations.

We may adjust, suspend, take offline parts of the service or update processes based on business, technical, compliance or security needs.

If you no longer use the services, you may stop access or apply to exit under relevant processes. Termination does not affect rights and obligations already incurred, confidentiality, data retention, dispute resolution or liability terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by network interruption, third-party service failure, trading system delays, incorrect submissions, force majeure, user operations or unauthorized use.

We use reasonable efforts to maintain website and service stability, but do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully meet all expectations.

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Disputes arising from this Agreement or services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
